17th May 2019 :- Attended L1B individual visa interview. VO officer gave 221g blue slip requesting for more details like
Complete I-797, I-292 forms, LCA.
Project details, Petitioner and Employee details,
Bank statements, Payslips.
Educational docs, prior work experience
Job description, Specialized knowledge description.
11th June:- Docs sent via email. No update. Status is AP.
21st June:- Upon inquiry, the attorney received an email to share G-28 form. Shared on the same day.
21st Aug: No status change, still showing AP
23rd Aug: Received email to submit mine and family’s passport. Last updated changed to Aug 23
27th Aug: Submitted passports at Hyderabad VAC.
28th Aug: Last date updated again to Aug 28
29th Aug: Status changed to Issued.
3rd Sep: Passport ready for pickup and collected passports with visa stamp.
When your petition and interview responses are genuine, the visa will be issued irrespective of 221g delays. But just need to have patience & faith.
