12-July-2019 --> Got mail to submit passport. around 1:50 PM. It was Friday and I was out of station so submitted next business day
15-July-2019 --> submitted both h1 and h4 passport
16-July-2019 --> Timestamp changes for both the cases
17-July-2019 --> H4 got Issued. Around 12:40 PM. No luck for H1. There is change in timestamp for H1 around 3:00 PM
