Hi Guys, Hope my case helps you to understand the process in Mumbai Consulate.
This is my first H1B stamping and I am in EVC Model
March 01,2019 : I had my interview and was asked generic questions about my employer, How I got this job, my work description
Got the 221g yellow form and I was asked to submit Client Letter, Employment letter, Vendor agreement
March 19th : Submitted the documents.No updates since then.
May 15th : Called up NVC to check update. They said I have a note in my file to submit client letter and not vendor letter wherein I submitted the client letter initially.
May 19th : Mailed help desk if I was required to submit any documents for further processing
May20th : I got a email to submit client letter and not intermediary vendor letter.( I submitted client letter initially)
Submitted the client letter again
June 25th : Client verification completed by email
July 10th : Got email to submit passport
July 11th : Submitted my passport.
