A 221g pink slip for F1 visa for a fully funded PhD physics program. I have a masters degree. Supposed to join university by 8th Aug. Almost losing hope to join university in time.

16/8/19 - Case updated, still in administrative processing.
20/8/19 - Issued.
Duration - 54 days after interview and 49 days after document submission.
