Working FT with a company in USA for last 2 years. Has been in USA for 9 years, 2nd Visa stamping on H1.
Visa officer had questions on previous employment from 2014 where I was working on an EVVC model, refused Visa mentioning further consideration will be given after 221g listed documents are submitted which included
1. Employer-Client contract
2. Letter from end client
3. Salary slips during 2014, W2s, Bank statements
4. Unemployment wages report
Submitted all the documents on 16th May, still no update the status online remains REFUSED.
