6/17: VO said visa is approved. But on the same day of the interview received an email asking to fill questionnaire(DS5535 form) . submitted on the same day.
7/16: Received an email saying Gentle Reminder, which I felt as if they are asking for submitting the questionnaire again. so I submitted again. No update since then
8/27: Received email to submit passport
8/28: Status date changed to 8/28 and in AP.
9/3: Status changed to issued
9/4: passport collected
