Hi, Visa Interview Date : May 15th 2019 Document Submission Date : May 17th 2019 This is was my first stamping after my H1B was approved in 2017. Basic questions were asked by VO - 1) From where did I complete my masters 2) What are my Job Duties 3) Am I working directly with the employer or working on EVC model - PS: I am a direct employee and not working as a contractor. After these 3 questions VO gave me 221G Blue Slip, handed over my passport back and asked me to submit the check marked documents - I 797, Education Details, Resume, H1B Cover Letter, Tax returns for last 2 years of my employer, Company photos etc. Case status update : May 21st 2019 August 9th : Received email from New Delhi Consulate to submit passport . August 13th :Case Updated - Still AP August 14th :Case Updated - Issued My experience - It will take atleast 60-90 days for Administrative Processing to be completed (depending upon case ) as New Delhi consulate is overloaded with 221G pending cases
