I had H1b visa interview at Hyderabad on 5/28/2019 and VO asked few basic questions like Employer(FTE with client) and salary, designation, work location etc and She was typing something in her system and suddenly she spoke with her supervisor for few min and then Issued 221 white slip with no additional docs asked she just took LCA, Employer letter and Tax Returns and returned passport.
July 5th- Case last updated date changed and the following week client verification done in July 2 nd week
July 27th- got call from consulate to attend Reinterview on July 30th
July 30th- Reinterview- VO Indian lady asked about my previous employment History and all the previous petitioner info as well as clients info and they asked me to write in a voluntary form and submitted same and VO mentioned they will update case soon
Aug 28- Still no update and it’s been almost a month since second interview and sent repeated follow up emails every week but only got standard email replies
Any suggestions?
