08/22 - email received requesting the passport
08/26 - submitted the passport in VAC
08/27 - CEAC date change, status is Admin Processing
09/16 - CEAC date change, status is still Admin Processing
09/19 - CEAC date change, ISSUED (around 12:30 PM IST approximately)
09/20 - Collected passport with VISA stamping
