I work on EVC model.
8/14: Went for interview with my dependents. Usual questions. I did not have the latest client letter. Had all other docs but VO was not much interested & asked to email them instead. Passports were returned.
Docs Asked: Complete I129 petition, I797, Cover letter, End Client letter, contract docs, notarized list of employees, fed tax returns of the employer, my W2.
8/16: Emailed the docs.
Edit:
9/03: Last update date of the case changed.
9/03: Vendor and End client received inquiry from US embassy. The concerned departments have responded back to the US embassy.
Edit:
9/11: Received email to submit passports to VAC.
9/12: Submitted passports to New Delhi VAC.
9/13: Last update date changed to 9/13.
Edit:
9/16: Status changed to Issued with message that it is in final stage of processing.
9/17: Received email to collect passports.
9/20: Collected passports with correct visa stamps.
9/21: Reached US. No questions asked at PoE.
