Hello,
I am in Ukraine for vacation. I work in the US under approved H1B petition which is still valid. Went to the interview where was asked simple Q's like what do you do at work, are you here for vacation etc. Was given green and yellow slip asking for CV and publications and told to send by email which I did after collecting additional docs to support. I received automated reply saying they take 3 business days to review the email inquiry.I have not checked what the status was up until not and see that case created 8/19/19 (interview date), case update 8/27/19. The top portion says 'refused'. My wife's tracking says refused as well but with date 8/19/19. There are several things in my mind: either they have not even started admin processing or the visa was already denied... 8/27/19 is exactly 3 business days after I emailed the docs. Today is 9/4/19 and my passports were not received by me so I still have hopes they are going to do admin processing. Any thoughts are welcomed!
