Doctor already working in the US x 1 yr on approved cap exempt H1b - Previously completed education on J1 currently doing my J1 waiver on H1b. Basic questions asked, no major hassles - asked for J1 waiver certificate which I showed - still ended up with blue slip with no explanation. Was told 3 business days is the processing time, no updates so far.
