Hello,
I appeared for my H1B transfer visa interview on Aug 20th. This is my first stamping in india. Did my previous H1B stamping in Canada and no AP was issued. This time, after a brief interview of where did you go to school, what is your salary. I was told that my case needed additional processing related to my SEVIS history since I went to school in America. She said it was going to be resolved within a week and my passport was kept at the consulate.
