Visa Officer asked a few basic questions about why I was going to the US? What kind of job? How did I find the job? What are the roles in my current job?
Then he mentioned something about SEVIS records needs to be corrected and said will take 2-3 business days and gave me 221g with the first box checked and passport retained with the consulate.
Anyone here faced the same situation?
The first box text reads "You will receive further instructions at the e-mail address you provided in your application. If you did not provide an email address, or if you do not hear from us within five business days, you should e-mail us at [email protected]. You can track the status of your case by going to CEAC and entering your case number."
