I was requested to take a medical evaluation since I had a DUI in 05/2015 which was resolved in court. Completed medical evaluation in Mexico City (nearest medical panel to Guadalajara). Clinic says document delivered on 09/26. Consulate continues to maintain they have not received the documents. Consulate resent request to clinic for documents on 10/07. Clinic confirmed documents were electronically sent on 10/07. Consulate continues to maintain on 10/08 that they have not received the medical documents.
This is my 4th H1B renewal and I work for a reputed organization full time.
Has anyone else come across this situation. I welcome any advise from folks who have had similar experience.
