My spouse had his interview on Aug 1 and received a blue slip 221g for the end client letter. Employer/ attorney provided requested documents after one week in August. We again received a new email asking some more documents like MSA, again supportive documents being provided to them in Sepetember. The case date had not been updated then and it was showing AP. In October 1st week they said yes they received the documents with two confusing emails and the employer again sent the asked documents. We thought they were working on the case but it was still showing AP. Now they updated the case in the last week of October but the employer sounded negative that the visa may got rejected because it is a federal project and one can not live outside America more than 30 days if working on a Federal project. Now the question arises if visa gets denied due to this what are the other ways to reapply for a entry. We have a approved 3 years visa.
