Hi ,
I had my visa interview on 5th Nov and VO gave me a Yellow Slip.
I work as a full time employee for a fortune 250 company.
This was my first time going for an H1B before this I was on my F1 visa.
VO asked basic questions about my education and job profile.
After which he handed over a yellow slip with everything checked on page2.
The requested documents include I-129 ,LCA, employee-client contract, client location information, clarification of job vacany, itinerary of service .
I work as full time employee and work on in-house projects only while the requested documents are relevant to EVC model.
I have submitted the I-129, LCA along with a letter explaining the nature of work from my company on 7th Nov.
Case tracker does not have any update and last update date still shows date of interview (5th Nov)
Does anyone had similar experiences ?
