We, me(H1) & my spouse(H4), had interview on 22nd Aug. VO asked general questions and asked for old approved I797 and client letter which was not with me at that moment. So, VO handed me over 221 g to submit the same and returned both the passports. On the same day, I submitted all the documents and got the acknowledge email back.
Till 3rd Sep, status was same under AP with last update date 22-Aug-2019. And after that, it changed to 3-Sep-2019 as last update date and under AP only.
Still waiting for the positive response.

on 03-Feb-2020, Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing and last update date: 03-Feb-2020
But I sent email for update on my case, got the response "Your application was refused under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act for administrative processing....."
Please guide me what is next.
