Hello all,
Mine was an EVM model, where the VO officer asked me the client letter and contract between the end client and my employer. My end client won’t provide client letter so I have submitted the email confirmation of the same from end client. There is no contract between my employer and client only had contract between the vendor and the end client which I have submitted.
On nov 07 my case status updated but still AP.
Received email from consulate on Nov 15 to submit the client letter but I have only the email confirmation from client and vendor letter that client don’t provide such letters. Soon my project is ending.
It’s being 2months pending. Does anyone have this type of situation and please give me your feedbacks
