Dropbox on Aug 14, passports returned with H4 stamped and H1b with 221g letter as appear for Interview.
attended an interview on Sept 4, VO just asked basic questions and took LCA and Client Letter and returned passport with 221g letter saying that requires administrative process before taking the final decision
After a month I got a call to attend an interview. I was attended 2nd Interview on Oct 3 and this interview is 2hr long, asked me to submit all paystubs and bank statements through email. Submitted through email.
I got a call(13th November ) to submit a recent client letter. I told that the client won’t issue a letter and only the vendor will issue the letters. They ask me to send a matter. Sent the same on .and case last updated date changed on 15th November.
returned all original documents on 22nd Nov where they collected from me during the interviews
Please help me to understand- what to expect next. Whenever I send an email to consulate I will get a standard reply.
