Submitted the docs on Dec 13th.
'Request Passport MDR #' email received on Jan 13.
1. What's MDR #?
2. The email saying to submit passport to one of VACs or VFSs. Shoul i submit it personally or can i courier it thru BlueDart?
3. Should i send my expired passport too?
