I appeared for interview with my wife (h4) along with my father (B2) and son (US Citizen)
Interviewer asked few basic question like my son is US Citizen, About employer and salary. Without asking anything about my father, VO said my father's visa has got approved. But she gave me 221(g) blue slip to submit some "court docs". Unfortunately I never thought that I will be asked about such document but she asked. On the same day I submitted the documents but so far I have not received any update to submit my passport.
VO did mentioned that there would not be any issue on my visa but she has to do this as this is a standard process. She gave me passport and said that I will get the updates. I just need to follow instructions on blue slip.
I have return flight and it is 24th Jan, there is no update on my case. Although, my father's visa has got approved to collect the passport but there is no sign about my visa and wife's.
