VO: Why do you need masters?
me: gave an answer which was not a cliche
VO: enquired about my department, specialization, etc, etc
me: answered all
VO: who is sponsoring you?
me: I have an education loan of ........ in lakhs and also my parents sponsor me if in case I need more
VO: about parents work
me: answered
VO: Since your department is sensitive (Mechanical and Aerospace - splz in CFD), we need some time to make a decision.
me: standing still, scared
VO: handed over a 221g pink slip asking me to only send my latest resume in pdf format to the mail id given on the pink slip and told me you can leave now, have a good day, all the best
me: walked away without thanking her (my passport and i20 got hold by the consulate)
I sent the resume on the same day, checking my email daily, deferred my admit to fall2020 and finally got it approved after 32 days of wait. Collected my passport the next day but I didn't get my old i20.
