I have been working in US from long time. I came to india for family emergency on 1st Jan.Since my passport had expired stamp I had to go for visa stamping interview. I appeared for interview on 24th Jan. After 15 questions the officer asked me my I129 and pulled out white 221g paper. Then he saw the I129 and marked few more check box on 221G. He asked about subcontract and marked few more check box on 221G.He marked 6 check box total. Total 6 documents needed (contracts between different parties involved, client letters,SOW/PO, employers list of all employees and their salary,location etc)
I was carrying few of those letters. Without asking me first about client letters and contracts he gave me the slip.
My employer responded in a week. I work in EVVM model.End Client wont give letter but will verify if emailed by Consulate.
