After looking at this for few seconds
(2) Show me your client latter?
I said I don't have it. VO asked why and I told that I am sorry but I was not made aware by my organisation if it was required document. He said that whoever told you is wrong and it is required so I won't be able to approve your visa without one.
Then VO started asking all the regulation questions like US location, marriage date, US salary and my work profile. He did not ask any question to my wife and handed me blue slip asking to upload client latter and complete petition and returned my passports.
It took one month for me to get client latter and uploaded it on 30th Jan.
Updates--
-- client verification completed on 13th Feb
-- Received mail from usdocs on 20th Feb 10:30 PM to submit passport via VAC courier services
-- Collected stamped passports on 2nd March
