3rd time H1 initial dropbox application was called for a follow-up interview. Attended Interview on Jan 28th with VO asking basic questions about client and employer. VO collected Employer letter, LCA and client letter and returned passport saying that processing of our application should be completed in 2 weeks.. Timeline is as below-
Jan 13th- Passport submitted for dropbox
Jan 16th Case created with 'Admin Processing' status
Jan 23rd- Received an email to collect passport.
(Collected Passport and noticed a 221g letter asking to attend a followup interview on any working day between 10-11 AM.)
Jan 28th- Attended interview.
Feb 12th (still in Admin processing with last update made back on Jan 28th.)
Was really hoping the process would be completed in 2 weeks just as what VO officer mentioned it to me though I know that these cases take longer times for processing...
*** Feb 18th (Received an email today asking to submit passport at the VAC.) ****
