I went for H4 Visa interview on 01/28/2020 along with spouse on H1B. H1B was approved but they gave DS 5535 for H4. Submitted the documents next day. Got email to submit passport on Feb 5th 2020. Took 4 business days for them to get my clearance. Submitted passport on Feb 6th. Received passport on Feb 13th. Approved. Never travelled outside USA. There is a hope, just hang in there.
