221(G) Tracker

221G Blue slip(FTE) f1 to h1 background civil engineering(TaL case) Interview was normal asked me about my position, location, salary, project working on and also if i know Auto CAD. Gave me Blue slip asking for Invitation letter, Resume, Funding, research Publication and contact Info Submitted documents on Jan 28th Did followup with Us travel docs almost every week Received email from Mumbai administrative processing on March 3 exactly after 5 weeks to submit PP Also status changed to refused on March 3 as it happened for all pass port submitted on March 4 Ceac 1st time date change to March 5th but still status is refused Passport tracking says PP with Us embassy/consulate as of March 6th My question is why is Status date changed and still refused (on march 5 it became AP for sometime afternoon and date was changed but after that it went back to refuse in evening) Is there new 221g coming in my way. Really worried please help
