I was asked to provide the client letter with client's letterhead.
I was not carrying one, so the officer gave the 221g slip and asked to submit the documents
The documents were submitted on 03/11. But due to covid-19 the consulates have stopped processing 221g.
Hope to see some updates quickly after lockdown is lifted
