Went to the USA on H4 in 2016. Changed status to F1. Completed OPT and STEM OPT. Applied for visa interview from F1 COS to H4. Applied for h4 visa interview at Mumbai consulate, India. Got Emergency appointment due to medical condition.
11.09.2020: Submitted document with my husbands I797 and went for biometric/fingerprints
11.10.2020: Went for an interview. Ordinary interview. VO asked questions related to marriage and the type of marriage, basic h4 questions, and reason to apply for an emergency appointment. VO mentioned that your visa has been approved at the end of the interview..No additional documents are required. Also, no 221g or anything else mentioned by VO. VO kept both passports.
11.11.2020: Checked status on the CEAC website. it is showing 'Administrative Processing'.
