Interview date: 18th Feb 2021
My passport was given back and i received 221g white slip to submit documents electronically.
Got a call from the consulate on the same day to submit my documents electronically.
Sent documents to the email (i was instructed to send the doc's to [email protected]) on Feb 20th.
Got another call from the consulate to confirm my work location on LCA.
Case last updated date changed from Feb 18 to March 5th.
Though the case's last updated date changed, neither my employer nor my vendor/client were contacted.
I called customer service a few times and found nothing so i tried to research online what that email id(the one which i was instructed to send my documents to) is associated with, turns out to be the hyderabad consulate's fraud prevention unit. I'm not sure why my case is being handled by FPU and how long to wait for them to complete my application process.
Has anyone been in this situation?
