I want to get help from this group and get a sense of EAD timeline. My expedite request was approved on 19th March and it states case still pending. However, it has been 3 weeks and there are no updates on my case or EAD card. Customer care doesn't know the timeline and they say it can take several weeks/months and the only option is to wait. Could you please let me know what i should be expecting and if there are any ways to get this thing moving. Also, what are the steps to contact congressmen? Any help or additional info will be greatly apprciated. Thank you!
