After two interviews, I was given a white 221g letter written in blue, The consular asked me to send the oldest expired passport I have via courier and email. I sent both, however, the NIV email address always reply with an automatic message asking me to take it a final answer. I don't know how to contact the consulate else than the courier to which I sent the passport.
