1. Visa interview for B1/B2 at Calgary, Canada on 26th May, Visa officer told have sufficient information to grant a visa, collected passport and told passport shall be dispatched within a week 2. Within 45 min of the interview, received a mail that my visa is refused for ongoing administrative processing, asked for my resume/CV (I am doing PhD-Chemistry) 3. Received another email the next day (27th May) seeking the advisor's CV. Submitted within an hour 4. Received another email within the next hour of submission of advisor CV that my visa document (passport) is being dispatched. 5. Received passport in the mail (31st May) without any stamp rather, a yellow slip of administrating processing placed inside it (with all the checkboxes seeking additional document being cut out with a single pen mark). 6. No update on the CEAC website and it still shows 'Refused' with the last status update date of 26th May. 7. Case update on 20th June 8. Visa issued on 28 June.
