Interview on June 1/2022 for J2 visa, J1 approved 30 minutes earlier than my interview by a different officer than mine. I was given a white 221g paper and a form with 3 questions (past 5 years work experience, previous travel history, past 5 years residence) that I submitted on spot. My DS 2019 form was stamped by VO and a pamphlet explaining my rights given but my passport was returned. VO said to expect a call but none so far. 🤔, wrote an email on 13th of June to the embassy but said that my case is still under AP.
17th of June - asked to bring passport 21st of June - submitted passport and CEAC changed to Issued on 22nd of June.
