07/18/2022: Interview at the Quebec city consulate for first-time h1b visa (Have held b1/b2 visa for 5 years before). The VO kept the passport and no slip was issued. Was told that I should get back my passport within 10 working days.
07/19/2022: Got an email to fill out ds 5535
07/20/2022: Submitted the ds 5535 form
07/27/2022: Notified of 221g via email and that the case is in administrative processing
09/20/2022: Status changed on CEAC to approved
09/23/2022: Status changed to issued
09/26/2022: Received the passport with visa stamp
