Hi All,
I attended my H1 interview on July 11th, 2022. VO asked only 2 questions. Who is your employer and how many employees working. The then VO gave me asking me all the documents like petition copy, I-797, LCA, offer letter, client letter, your roles and responsibilities, service agreement letter between the employer and the client company and from my end, the VO asked my experience letter, W2 and tax docs for the last 2 years and pay slips and bank statements for the last. (Almost all the documents print on the slip).
I sent the documents on 25th October 2022 to the email ID [email protected]. There is no change in the case status. Still, it shows refused with date as 11th July 2022.
I will update if anything comes up. Thanks.
