Went to the Consulate for interview with expired Ven passport. VO didn't recognize and gave 221g requesting a new passport (didn't collect old passport).Status: Refused. So I returned to Ven and had been waiting for the new passport for 2.5mo. Dropped off the new passport on Nov 15, Tuesday, but the status didn't change to AP until Nov 21, Monday.
Nov 29: Approved.
