Oct 4th: In person appointment. They said I need to submit more documents. They gave my passport back and handed me a yellow 221g form.
Oct 7th: Submitted document to [email protected] as requested and got an automated response.

06 Dec: additional documents requested

08 Dec I emailed additional documents but didn't receive any confirmation response.
13 Dec I emailed the documents again but still no response.
14 Dec I emailed ustraveldocs asking them if the consulate received the docs. They said it's under administrative processing.
27 Jan: I emailed ustraveldocs again and got a response asking me to email them documents and get a confirmation again. But 2 hours later I got another email saying that my case is ready and I should mail my passport and copy of i797.
31 Jan: I sent in my passport, copy of i797, and 221g yellow slip as requested.

16 Feb: Issued
