I have attended first time H1b VISA interview on 3rd November at Chennai consulate, has been asked to provide Client and Vendor Agreement Document and issued 221g white color. Required documents were shared on 7th of November. I did mail follow up on 10th of December and got response that case is under Administrative Process but case status is still showing Refused.
May I know how long does it take to move case into Administrative Process from Refused State and can we expect is it positive sign to get VISA Stamping.
