15 Mar 2022 - drop box appointment
25 Mar 2022 - I received an email to pick up my passport and was given a 221g white slip and asked to come for in-person interview with some court records in the past. The case was dismissed but I was asked to provide the necessary documents.
31 Mar 2022 - Appointment for in-person interview at Mumbai consulate and provided all the documents I had. The officer took one document and said this should be enough and gave another 221g which said my case will be under further administrative processing. I did not hear anything back until September.
29 Sept 2022 - Filed for mandamus
23 Nov 2022 - Received email from mumbai797 to submit court documents again.
6 Dec 2022 - My lawyer responded to [email protected] with the relevant documents. Received an auto response.
29 Dec 2022- Received another email from mumbai797 to submit another proof of case dismissal. Did not receive an auto response.
20 Jan 2023 - Passport submission email
