Timeline fo H1 stamping. I have been in USA for 8 years and came to India due to family emergency reason and now they need more time to verify my case.
1- Dropoff location VAC center Ahmedabad on Nov 18 2022
2 - Around Nov 24 recieved the passports back with 221G white paper requesting certain documents for interview call on Jan 5 2023
3 - Interview happened on jan 5th with dependent
4 - During our 4 hrs of long stay, I had been called 3 to 4 times to verify all documents. Submitted all relevant and appripriate original as well as copies.
5 - As we where like 10 applicants waiting for their response.
6 - We where given 221G, need additional verification.
7 - I asked how much time it will take, but the answer was dont know.
8 - Today is Jan 23rd and still not response nor any email.
Need guidance on how we can handle our case.
