I had my h1B interview on Nov 6th at the US embassy in Delhi. The interview went well, general questions were asked and then the interviewer asked for my dismissal order from the court (I was arrested for class C misdemeanor back in 2014). I was then handed a 221g yellow slip asking to submit my dismissal order, arrest documents and my passport.
My case timeline is as follows:
Nov 6th - Interview and 221g yellow slip
Nov 6th - Submitted the requested documents and my passport and the 221g slip.
Nov 6th - Case created
Nov 13th - Administrative Processing
Nov 18th - STILL Administrative Processing.
No update since then.
I would really appreciate any feedback from folks who have had similar experiences. How long did it take for their 221gs to get resolved.
