I had all documents in hand, which were not asked for nor analysed before giving me the white slip. All documents mentioned in the white slip under "additional information" were already at hand in the original form as well a photocopy ready to be given to the Visa interviewer.
The interviewer said that the documents should be sent through mail and it would quicken the process. I haven't had any update since.
I need my J1 Visa ASAP as my program for 6 months at the Miller school of medicine starts by 15th.
