Hi I had my visa interview for my F1 renwal. I am currently doing my PhD in Molecular Biology. The VO asked me really simple questions like what is your research? Are your folks staying here? Did your courses finish? He then asked for my CV which I didnt have on me right that instant and he then handed me the blue slip asking me to email him my CV, my mentors BIO and my research plan. I already did that on the same day and my status got updated on Jan 20th but still in AP. After that nothing. My school has already started and though every one has been supportive of this whole mess, I have conference to attend on Feb 7th. I m hoping it gets resolved before that and I can still make it there.
