Had an interview for H1B and got 221(g) blue. Submitted the documents, now waiting for the update.
12th Feb 2015- OFC
13th Feb 2015- Interviewed and got 221(g), asked 2 more documents through 221(g).
19th Feb 2015- Documents submitted.
05th Mar 2015- Received an e-mail from Chennai Visa team, issued another 221(G), then asked to submit my passport and the new 221(G) both in the nearest Visa Application Centre.
05th Mar 2015- Documents submitted to drop box, as per mail.
06th Mar 2015- Still in AP, but the Status Updated Date changed to today's date, i.e. 06-Mar-2015.
09th Mar 2015- Status changed to 'Issued'
10th Mar 2015- Received email from US travel docs to collect my passport
11th Mar 2015- Passport collected with stamped visa
For me it took 27 days from end to end stamping, i.e. OFC to passport collection.
Hope you'll also get your 221G cleared soon.
