After my interview on 30-Jan-2015 I was asked to provide all the necessary documents related to my application and petition. VO issued me with 221(g) blue slip asking for further additional information my petitioner. They mentioned they will contact my petitioner directly regarding this. I left the consulate and after 3 months when i checked the status in cgi website the date was updated to 26-Mar-2015. Since then the status has not changed.
But I received and email from Chennai H&L on 21-May-2015 stating that they will not be able to issue the visa since I am not eligible under section 221(g). I felt that is the reason I was given blue slip during my interview and I was not issued visa at that time.
I am not very clear on this communication since the cgi website still has the last updated date 26-mar-2015.
