Interviewer said I would receive an email within 24 hours asking for Postdoc advisor's CV and my research plan. Didn't get any such email. After waiting for sometime, sent those documents to the consulate email id anyway. No change in status yet.

case updated: 31-Mar Admin Proc. (around 10am)
case updated: 31-Mar Ready (around 11am)
case updated: 31-Mar Admin Proc. (around 1pm)
case updated: 31-Mar Issued (around 5pm)

My wife's H4 is still in admin proc. though the case got updated on 31 Mar. (We applied together.)
Update: Her H4 got approved on April 1.
