VO asked me several questions listed below:
1. Who is your employer? 2. Since how long you are working for this company? 3. What you do for this company? 4. Where is your company located? 5. Where do you live? 6. How far is your office from your residence? 7. What all documents you have from your company (I provided, LCA, I-129, I-797, Employer current letter, Employer Agreement Letter, Pay slips for last 6 months, W4 and tax return for 2014). Then VO said that they need some more time to review my file and usually it takes about a week, handed my passport back with 221g white slip mentioned Further Review.
On May 26th I got an email whether I work at any client location, if so provide address and contact details, I replied that I work as Full time at Company's head office and not at any client location, provided my manager and HR manager contact details. Since then I never got any update. Sent email twice last week and once this week to follow up but no response yet.
