Begin: Interview on 10th Jul 2015 with my wife. VO approved my wife's dependent F2 visa straightaway. I was asked to go to other counter for more info. The person at other counter handed a white A4 paper with instructions to send documents over email. The passport was retained at New Delhi embassy.
August 12, 8:00 am IST: 1st update after the interview/docs submission. Still in admin processing.
August 12, 3:00 pm IST: Status updated to Issued. Awaiting intimation of passport dispatch/pick-up
